Proforma Position: Customer Service Representative

Position Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling the day-to-day general office duties and providing telephone support to customers and vendors.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone support to customers

• Maintain solid customer and vendor relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

• Process, enter and follow through with all customer orders using various programs

Position Requirements:

• Promotional products or print industry experience is preferred

• Excellent communication abilities, strong computer and organizational skills are essential

• Proficient in the use of software including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

• May require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems

• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
