Position Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling the day-to-day general office duties and providing telephone support to customers and vendors.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide telephone support to customers
Maintain solid customer and vendor relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Process, enter and follow through with all customer orders using various programs
Position Requirements:
Promotional products or print industry experience is preferred
Excellent communication abilities, strong computer and organizational skills are essential
Proficient in the use of software including Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
May require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
