Proforma Position: Billing & Collections Clerk

Position Description:

Proforma is a leader in the printing and promotional products industry with over 30 years of experience, and is recognized as one of the industry’s top leaders. We sell business products that every company needs including promotional products, business documents, commercial print, office supply products and e-solutions.

Proforma Key Solutions is looking for a top notch Billing & Collections Clerk to work in their New Orleans office. This is a part-time position working 2-3 days a week with the potential for full-time work in the future. Pay is $13-$16 an hour depending on experience.

Requirements (Candidates without this experience will not be considered):

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2 years work experience in an accounting/collections environment

• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential

• Strong computer skills required with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Responsibilities

• Open and sort all invoices while checking for inaccuracies

• Contact vendors to remedy any inaccuracies

• Pay vendors and invoice customers

• Contacting customers via email and phone on a consistent basis to collect past due invoices

• Responsible for tracking and reporting all activity

• Additional duties as assigned
