Rick Hileman, a graduate of The University of Akron, joined Proforma in 1994 and is responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company. Rick develops financial strategies and control systems designed to invest company resources, preserve assets and report accurate financial results. 

Rick is also responsible for the ongoing development and monitoring of Proforma franchise Owners’ financial issues and requests. Prior to joining Proforma, Rick served as a Replenishment Specialist for OfficeMax. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Accounting.
