Proforma Announces Instrumental Leadership Promotions

TAMPA, Fla. (Mar. 18, 2025) – Proforma, the $650 million technology and business success leader, is proud to announce the promotion of five Support Center Team Members. These career advancements are a testament to the caliber of talent Proforma possesses and its commitment to elevating employee strengths to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Recently promoted employees and their new roles include Michelle Dalton, MAS, Senior Vice President of Owner & Supplier Success; Evan Gall, Vice President of eCommerce; Derek Boyer, Vice President of Sales & Industry Recruiting; Sandy Acosta, Success Coach Manager; and Stephen Gainsburg, Success Coach.

“These leaders have nearly 35 years of combined experience at Proforma and over 60 years of shared tenure in the print and promotional products industry,” says Kathy Mayo, Director of Human Resources at Proforma. “Their collective perspective and expertise will help usher in a new era of innovation and growth for Proforma.”

Proforma has over 500 Distributor Owners and nearly 200 Support Center Team Members, collaborating to provide business solutions to companies and organizations around the world. Each of these key promotions harnesses the distinct expertise of these individuals to drive Proforma’s initiatives and goals forward.

In their new positions, Dalton, Boyer, Acosta, and Gainsburg will collaborate to roll out new programs and elevate coaching initiatives to further sales growth opportunities. Gall is taking the lead on managing the service and support mechanisms of Proforma’s proprietary eCommerce platform, ProStores, which currently hosts over 12,000 dynamic stores.
