Proforma Positioned to Strengthen Distributorship Experience with Brand Team Promotions & Restructure
TAMPA, Fla. (April 24, 2025) – Proforma, the $650 million technology and business success leader, is excited to announce a series of promotions as part of a strategic Brand Team restructuring. These career advancements and department reorganization speak to Proforma’s intentional approach to continuing to fuel growth and advance the experience of Distributor Owners, Sales Professionals, and Support Center Team Members.
Recently promoted employees and their new roles include Marissa Jansen, Director of Brand Identity, and Gianna Mangino, Manager of Brand Marketing. They join Vice President of Brand Experience Patrick Magyar to manage Brand Department verticals, which are led by Chief Brand Officer Tim Nale.
“The department restructuring was a thoughtful expansion of the Proforma Marketing Team to the Brand Team,” says Tim Nale. “Marketing is about messaging and promoting awareness, which rolls up to branding. Branding is about ensuring the integrity of an organization’s core values and identity. Patrick, Marissa, and Gianna will each be integral in leading department efforts to support Proforma’s mission to empower Distributor Owners’ success.”
As Director of Brand Identity, Jansen oversees efforts to advance the Proforma Brand, including public relations initiatives, business development support materials, media and social media presence, sales tools and resources, and Distributor Owner support pieces. As Manager of Brand Marketing, Mangino leads the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and catalogs and manages the product offerings on Proforma’s internal Distributor Owner Store. As Vice President of Brand Experience, Magyar leads Proforma’s engagement and event initiatives.
“Distributor Owners are at the heart of Proforma, and the better we can serve them, the better they can grow their businesses,” said Magyar. “The Brand Team has clear channels with defined goals and is set up to foster collaboration and improve the overall distributorship experience.”
The department redesign leverages technology and data to inform strategic creative endeavors, optimizes operations, and better enables Proforma to respond to the evolving print and promotional products industry and serve its dynamic stakeholders.
“People are the driving force of a company, and we are proud to have Patrick, Marissa, and Gianna steering the verticals of the Brand Team with Tim at the helm,” says Kathy Mayo, Director of Human Resources at Proforma. “Their shared experience and innovative approach will continue to set our Network up for success and ensure Proforma’s position as a print and promotional products industry leader.”
